Our Leadership

DPA Leadership

A private school often starts as a small group of people with a dream, but that small group often grows into a community. Collectively, they work to ensure that students have the tools necessary to be successful in academics, athletics, and life.

Schools often become cornerstones of their communities, providing a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn together. These institutions bring students, teachers, and administrators together to make their communities better.

School founders Raymond Valdez, and Domonic Martinez had a vision; that vision is now a reality with DPA.

DPA Board of Directors

DPA’s Board of Directors are the fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies. They also ensure the nonprofit has adequate resources to advance its mission.  DPA is pleased to have the board of directors listed below!

DPA Board of Advisors

DPA’s Board of Advisors serve as a guiding and unifying voice for our institution. The leadership capacity and experience of these individuals allows DPA to maintain a progressive, yet holistic stance in the educational setting. They counsel and lead with the student-athlete in mind. Great leaders focus on serving the needs of those within their sphere of influence.

The individuals noted below embody this service mentality and have shown their strength as dynamic leaders in their professions. We are grateful for their willingness to bring their expertise and passion to DPA!
